1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 789peso ("789peso," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 789peso website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 789peso Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 789peso Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 789peso Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 789peso Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming;
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 789peso, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 789peso Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 789peso or any relevant regulatory authority;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

789peso reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 789peso may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 789peso Platform, you must register for an account. The following terms apply to your 789peso account:

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 789peso account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 789peso employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 789peso account, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. 789peso shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 789peso login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 789peso support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification. 789peso is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 789peso account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. 789peso accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 789peso does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are generally credited to your 789peso account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 hours of approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–3 business days;
• 789peso reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on the 789peso Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.4 Transaction Limits. 789peso may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits on accounts, either as a platform-wide policy or on a per-account basis at 789peso's discretion. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. 789peso offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your 789peso account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 789peso actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed.

5.4 Eligibility. 789peso reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be withheld from players whose betting patterns suggest professional or systematic play.

5.5 Changes to Promotions. 789peso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability. The 789peso game library currently includes over 1,200 titles spanning live casino games, slots, bingo, crash games, sports betting, and more. Game availability may vary and 789peso reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All 789peso casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game outcomes or the size of bets placed.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, 789peso reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. 789peso shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.

6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with 789peso support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 789peso's decision on disputed game results, made after review of server-side game logs, shall be final and binding.

6.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on 789peso are subject to additional rules specific to each sport and market type. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, settlement rules specific to the applicable sport will apply as published in the 789peso sports betting rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 789peso Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform;
• Money Laundering: Using the 789peso Platform to launder funds derived from illegal activities. 789peso is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games;
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or employing any other method to claim bonuses or promotions beyond your entitlement as a single verified player;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to 789peso;
• Underage Gaming: Attempting to register or play on the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21.

8 Responsible Gaming

789peso is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable entertainment environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

8.1 Player Tools. Every 789peso account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through your account settings:

Self-exclusion periods of less than six months cannot be reversed once activated.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 789peso Platform — including but not limited to the 789peso brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 789peso or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 789peso Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 789peso content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 789peso content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 789peso software;
• Use any 789peso trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

Any unauthorized use of 789peso intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 789peso.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. While 789peso strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. 789peso shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 789peso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.3 Cap on Liability. 789peso's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 789peso account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 789peso does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the Platform. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by 789peso. 789peso reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Your account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players;
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, 789peso reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law and is proportionate to the nature of the violation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

11.3 Appeals. If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may contact 789peso support to request a review. 789peso will endeavor to respond to account suspension appeals within five (5) business days.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

789peso collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 789peso Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data, KYC documents, transaction records, and gameplay data for account management, legal compliance, and service improvement;
• Sharing of data with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required;
• Retention of transaction and gameplay records for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations;
• Your right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

789peso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 789peso will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 789peso Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5 of these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 789peso arising from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting 789peso support with a written description of your complaint.

14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
